On 10/11/18 $37.00 was charged to my debit card by Health Sciences Institute. I DID NOT want or authorize this deduction. Kindly reverse this charge immediately. My bank, US Bank, brought this charge to my attention. If you don't reverse the charge immediately, US Bank has already offered to intervene and pursue the dispute on my behalf. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

How amazingly ridiculous to require a 100 word minimum! Just a passive/aggressive ploy to get people to give up on their complaints. After this negative experience, I never want to have anything to do Health Sciences Institute again!
