Too much time was taken to read all of the information your company sent. Also, the information could be more concise and to the point.

I’m not receiving any assistance to resolve my issue and not interested in repeating this process over and over and just get disregarded and disrespected. This was to connect me with Customer Servuce

This whole situation seems to be a joke to you; however, it's not a joke to me. The next step for me is to call my bank and withdraw my payment for the membership.

After listening about 20 minutes to ALL their talk on totally FREE guides: "The Insider's Book of Secrets", & "Miracles From The Vault", out came JOINING a paid service! What's FREE? The BS is!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

When something's FREE is can't come with strings attached later costing you money, OR it's NOT FREE! All the time wasted also with their "In a moment we'll show you blah blah blah..." which never comes.

I HATE this kind of bait and switch BS! I never finished listening after 1/2 hour of this crap!

I listened to the post of all the medicines out there that are harmful to you and they said they have substitute that are natural you can take. All this information comes in the 500 page book that is to be sent to me!

They spoke of this on page, thus on page in and on! I called in about the book told it was on its way. Never received it. Joined the membership.

Where is this book, why is it not here.

Been over 3 wks. I am going to report this to my bank and tell them this is a scam!!!

Cancellation

A representative didnt call me back! I waited on hold for a long time for a representative.

So i agreed for a call back. I called again 30 minutes later.

It was the same scenario! Im just going to call my credit card service & deny any charges from them.

Please remove my account with Health Science Institute. Thank You

Financially unable to go for any procedures. Why would you ask to write at least 100 symbols...that only made me sure that no longer want anything to do with this company!

There are many physicians that can provide us with lots of information about our birth defect, and I don't trust a company that reacts the way you have!!

Do not remove any money from my account!

Scammers - charged my card - have no idea how they got the information

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The company Health Science Institute, PO Box 913 Frederick, MD 21705 (8**) **0-6317 when I first called them letting them know I did not place any order with them - they said they had no record of me in their files. They gave me another phone # to call - which told me the same thing Called HSI again on January 26th said they would refund my money in 5-7 days.

Called them again on Feb 4th said it takes 5-7 business days - called them again Feb 7th said the return money was processed on the 26th. Called today Feb 8th - now denying that any refund was ever sent to me. I want this company to refund the $37 which they never had a right to take. I have never received any products from this company because I never ordered anything.

Now they are mentioning a charge back given to them for evidence they showed my bank.

I deny this evidence and they knew that when they told me my money would be refunded on Jan 26th. - this is a copy of the report I filed with the BBB - Maryland and CallerCenter.com and I am looking for other sites to report to report these scam artists

Never ordered anything, no idea how they got my information. Called them and they said they had a book delivered?

I didn't order anything from them and I wanted a refund. They claimed it'll be back in five days but I'm still gonna call my bank since people have said this is a reoccurring charge and they're known to be scammers.

Unfortunately, you have learned a valuable lesson. NEVER EVER NEVER give up your credit card number over the telephone.

EVER. The only way to get your money back is to claim damages to the Federal Trade Commission, and in their own defense, they're going to point to all the fine print. Sorry, you probably couldn't afford what they ripped you off for. The only good defense is SELF-DEFENSE.

DO N O T give your card number voluntarily. EVER. I learned the hard way from somebody claiming he was working his way thru school, those *** ripped me off for $2,000 -- he was working in a boiler room in Michigan which makes probably millions ripping peoples' credit cards off. Believe me, it CAN be worse.

Take your lesson and run. I hope you learned something.

Amendment to my earlier statement: depending on which state in which you live, you can force your bank to stop the charges. In my state, the law REQUIRES them to show my signature.

If they cannot/do not, you get all your $$$ back. Hopefully, you live in one of those states.

Scam???

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Supposed to get a report about 9 meds causing Alhzeimer's Disease. I spent about 10 minutes reading about how great you are and not a list of meds did I see.

You mentioned two women you used as examples, but nothing about what meds they were taking. When I click on an article that tells me about meds that could be harming me, I don't need a big long "story" about someone else, I want to know about the meds you are talking about.

And not have to wait for a "report" to tell me about more testimonials and *** You are just the kind of people that make "journalists" look like *** and talk a bunch of nonsense. Why don't you get a "real" job and quit trying to take advantage of people.
