BS... I, a senior citizen, fell for their crap, paid for the reduced membership. They charged my account twice. I called my bank, i was told I had to call the vendor.
First of all, I'm reporting an erroneous charge, and I'm the one that has to call the vendor. What the *** good is a Bank's customer service, if we're doing their job for them? Second, the vendor can't return my money fir 5-7 days, policy. They can take my money erroneously in seconds, but I have to wait 5-7 days to grt it back.
Third, my bank won't stop payment on the pending charge, so I have to go to another department, pkay their games, to credit my account. However, that is only good if the vendor returns my money and I'm liable for any over drafts... POLICY.. POLICY..
POLICY. OMGOSH, What happened to REAL FRICKING customer service?
I'm doing all the work for them, people that shouldn't have my money get to keep it, earning interest. POLICY SUCKS...And the customer pays for it at both ends..
