UNABLE TO CONTACT BY ALL MEANS
PHONE AND EMAILS ALL HAVE SAME MSAGE, TRY LATER, TRY WEEKDAY, THEY HAVE TOO MUCH BUSINESS TO ANSWER.. SCAM!
THEY CLAIM I AM A MEMBER AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 39.96.
10 (TEN) REQUESTS FOR REFUND HAVE BEEN IGNORED.
This is a terrible company and their claims are misleading to say the least, according to leading, genuine medical authorities. They are selling dreams!!
I PLAN TO GO TO ATTORNEY GENERAL IN MY STATE MAYBE SOME OTHER UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE CAN BE HELPED BY THIS ACTION!

I clicked by accident on something and I have been charged for an unlimited membership. I only wanted to buy the book for $39, and the other book was free. Instead I was charged $149 on 11/24/20.

"renewal" charges-bogus operation
I received a letter from them telling me they were going to charge my credit card for the $37 membership renewal. I have no memory of ever signing up for this membership and do not remember receiving any other mail from them.
I called and went through the automated cancellation process.
They state that: They are hard at work searching for the latest underground disease cures from around the world ??? What on earth?!

Fraudulent charge-37.00 recurring debit
Ive never heard of them and dont know how they got my debit card information as all the many others who were scammed. I hope someone is checking into this.
It looks like theyve been getting away with it for several years. I to will report them to my bank to stop recurring payments

Would not order from this company!!! Why don’t they practice what they preach!! They think the big pharmaceutical industry is crooked and only interested in money!! Look in the mirror people!!!
Wish I would have read reviews and researched the company before ordering anything (which by the way I did not do). All that guy was talking about was the free books that were so great!!
If I wasnt thinking with my emotions (having a very close aunt of mine recently diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimers I would have surely never pushed that damn button. Usually Im not that clueless and as the saying goes theres a sucker born every minute!!! Im not usually one of them though!! Usually can tell if its a scam pretty quickly!
Also like the idea of people getting relief with natural remedies. Will have to look elsewhere!! Dont know why that doctor doesnt practice what he preaches. Come on.
Its not just the big pharmaceutical companies thinking about the god almighty dollar!! You have the attention of older people, many of who are sick!!! Shame on you!!!!
I might add anyone who watched this guy up until the end rightfully deserved free gifts!!! What a wind bag!!

False advertising
An email stating a video would name 9 meds which could contribute to the development of memory loss. I listened to Dr.
Allan Spreen give a sales pitch for almost an hour for HSI membership which included 3 books.
I didn't hear the 9 meds mentioned. Maybe I fell asleep waiting for that list.
I did the same thing. With a long message. I was disgusted with myself because if it’s too good to be true it’s not

I couldn’t get reception on my cell to order but later on I researched it and this is what I found out. It is a scam
